The floor arrangement is spacious with double height spaces, brightly lit and displays a material palette of concrete, timber and exposed brick. the rooms on the upper floors is connected by a suspended bridge over the atrium granting a sense of openess and views of different areas in the house. standing uniquely on the street, it is contemporary in design and form, but at the same time offers inherent durability for now and the next generation.
